FaithFlow is a technology platform operated by Prosperity Group.

These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern access to and use of FaithFlow's websites, software, applications, APIs, donation systems, fundraising tools, embeddable forms, and related services (collectively, the "Service" or "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the FaithFlow Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Services.

1. FaithFlow's Role

FaithFlow is a technology platform operated by Prosperity Group.

FaithFlow provides fundraising technology, donation processing integrations, donor management dashboards, campaign pages, recurring giving tools, embeddable donation forms, and related services designed primarily for churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, and faith-based organizations.

FaithFlow acts solely as a technology provider. FaithFlow does not take ownership, custody, or control of donated funds. FaithFlow is not a beneficiary of any donation processed through the Service.

All donations are transactions solely between the donor and the Organization that receives the funds.

2. Organization Responsibility

The Organization (also referred to as "Customer" or "you") is solely responsible for:

  • Its fundraising activities and campaigns;
  • Campaign representations and content;
  • The legitimacy of its fundraising operations;
  • Information provided to donors;
  • The use, administration, and distribution of donated funds;
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;

  • Preparing and delivering donor acknowledgments and receipts;
  • Donor relationships and communications;
  • Accounting, reporting, and regulatory obligations;
  • Refunds that the Organization is obligated to provide;
  • Maintaining accurate and current information about the Organization.

FaithFlow does not verify nonprofit status, tax-exempt status, donor eligibility, or campaign legitimacy.

FaithFlow does not act as a fiduciary, trustee, escrow provider, financial advisor, legal advisor, tax advisor, accounting advisor, or fundraising consultant.

3. Organization Representations

By using the Services, the Organization represents and warrants that:

  • It operates lawfully in all applicable jurisdictions;
  • All information provided to FaithFlow and to donors is accurate and current;
  • It has the legal authority to solicit and receive donations;
  • It is responsible for determining its own tax-exempt status and the tax-deductibility of contributions;
  • It will not represent tax-deductibility without proper legal basis;
  • It will comply with all applicable charitable solicitation laws;
  • It will obtain any required registrations or licenses in jurisdictions where it solicits donations;
  • It will provide donors with accurate and truthful information about the use of funds.

4. Donations and Donors

All donations processed through the Service are transactions between the donor and the Organization.

FaithFlow does not solicit, receive, or accept donations on its own behalf.

FaithFlow does not determine, verify, or guarantee the legitimacy of any donation, campaign, or Organization.

The Organization is solely responsible for all donor communications, acknowledgments, receipts, refunds, and dispute resolution.

Donors are directed to the Organization for any questions regarding the use of funds, tax-deductibility, or the purpose of a donation.

5. Stripe and Payment Processing

FaithFlow is not a payment processor, bank, financial institution, or merchant of record.

Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and other third-party payment processors under separate agreements between the Organization and the applicable processor.

FaithFlow may transmit transaction instructions and receive transaction-related information necessary to operate the Services.

FaithFlow is not responsible for:

  • Processor outages, delays, or disruptions;
  • Delayed, frozen, or withheld payouts;
  • Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals;
  • Processor compliance reviews or account restrictions;
  • Banking failures or currency conversion issues;
  • Any processor-related losses.

The Organization is solely responsible for maintaining compliance with the terms and policies of its selected payment processor.

6. FaithFlow Platform Fee

FaithFlow currently charges a 2.95% platform fee on donations processed through the Service, unless a different fee has been expressly agreed to in writing between the Organization and FaithFlow.

Stripe and other payment-processing fees are separate and may also apply.

The Organization is responsible for all applicable fees, including platform fees, transaction fees, and third-party processor fees.

Unless otherwise required by law, all fees paid to FaithFlow are non-refundable.

FaithFlow reserves the right to modify its fees at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Payouts and Availability of Funds

Payouts of donated funds are processed by the payment processor (such as Stripe) and are subject to the processor's payout schedules, policies, and requirements.

FaithFlow does not control payout timing, amounts, or availability.

FaithFlow is not responsible for delays, holds, or restrictions imposed by the payment processor or by banking institutions.

The Organization is responsible for ensuring that its payment processor account is properly configured to receive payouts.

8. Recurring Donations

The Service may support recurring donation programs, including weekly, monthly, and yearly recurring contributions.

The Organization is responsible for:

  • Clearly disclosing the terms of any recurring donation program to donors;
  • Ensuring that donors understand the recurring nature of their commitment;
  • Providing donors with a means to manage, modify, or cancel recurring donations;
  • Complying with all applicable laws regarding recurring billing and automatic renewals.

FaithFlow does not set or enforce cancellation policies on behalf of the Organization.

Donors seeking to cancel or modify a recurring donation may be directed to the Organization or to the payment processor, as applicable.

9. Refunds

Refund policies are determined and administered by the Organization, subject to applicable law and the policies of the payment processor.

FaithFlow does not issue, process, or authorize refunds on behalf of the Organization.

The Organization is solely responsible for handling refund requests from donors and for any refund obligations required by law.

FaithFlow is not liable for any refund or the failure of an Organization to provide a refund.

10. Disputes, Chargebacks, Reversals and Negative Balances

The Organization is solely responsible for all chargebacks, disputes, reversals, and payment-related conflicts.

FaithFlow is not responsible for resolving disputes between donors and Organizations.

If a chargeback or reversal results in a negative balance on the Organization's payment processor account, the Organization is responsible for resolving that balance with the payment processor.

FaithFlow reserves the right to recover any platform fees or amounts owed as a result of chargebacks, reversals, or disputes.

11. Taxes and Tax-Exempt Status

FaithFlow does not determine, verify, or certify the tax-exempt status of any Organization.

FaithFlow does not determine whether any contribution is tax-deductible.

  • Determining whether contributions to it are tax-deductible;
  • Providing accurate tax-related information to donors;
  • Preparing and delivering any required tax receipts or acknowledgments;
  • Complying with all applicable tax laws, reporting requirements, and regulatory obligations.

FaithFlow does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Organizations and donors should consult qualified professionals for guidance on tax matters.

12. Stripe Legal, Identity and Tax Information

FaithFlow does not collect, store, or verify EIN, Tax ID, or tax-exempt documentation. Such information, when required, is collected and managed by the payment processor under its own policies and legal obligations.

The Organization is responsible for providing accurate information to the payment processor and for complying with the processor's requirements.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to represent that Stripe is legally responsible for all applicable tax reporting obligations in every circumstance. Tax reporting obligations may vary based on applicable law, the nature of transactions, and the status of the parties involved.

13. Donation Confirmations and Acknowledgments

FaithFlow may send transactional donation confirmation emails to donors on behalf of the Organization that received the contribution.

These confirmations are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute an official tax receipt or tax-deductibility determination.

  • Preparing and delivering any official donation acknowledgments required by law;
  • Determining whether a contribution is tax-deductible;
  • Including any required language regarding goods or services received in exchange for a contribution;

15. Donor Information

FaithFlow collects and processes donor information as described in the FaithFlow Privacy Policy.

The Organization is responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws regarding donor information it accesses through the Service.

FaithFlow may use donor email addresses to send transactional communications related to a donation, including donation confirmations and payment-related notices.
